Roller Network serves customers from around the world with our home office in Reno, Nevada. We observe all United States federal holidays and Nevada state holidays plus the full week that Christmas falls on.

Outgoing mail (also know as a smarthost) is included on all accounts except Basic.

We do not allow our outbound mail to be used for high-volume one-way mailing lists (such as for marketing email). We recommend using a service like Constant Contact for that type of traffic.

Every account also includes storage for hosted mail boxes at no extra charge. Hosted mail boxes are accessible by IMAP, POP3, or one of our webmail clients. Roller Network mail boxes may be used for hosting your email with us, forwarding destinations, mail mirroring, backups, or for emergency access purposes.

There are no quotas on individual mailboxes. No more lost mail due to "mailbox full" errors!

Our mail services are accompanied by our Primary and Secondary DNS services. Primary DNS is only available on paid accounts while a limited version of Secondary DNS is available for free. DNS services on paid accounts is currently unrestricted, however, we reserve the right to add restrictions at any time or disable DNS zones that are using more than their fair share of resources.
